To ensure that the tape really sticks well, your skin should be dry and clean. It works best if you degrease your skin beforehand with alcohol swabs.
Protect your nipples with our silicone nipple pads.
The correct application
Cut the tape to your liking and start taping your chest. The harder you pull on the tape, the greater the push-up effect. When taping, make sure you don't start too high, otherwise the tape will show through the neckline.

Soak the boob tape in plenty of baby oil. Leave the baby oil on for 5 minutes and then start peeling it off. Caution: do not rip it off like a plaster!
