Payment and Shipping

Terms and conditions for payment and shipping for B2B customers (commercial trade) can be found at this link. 

The following conditions apply to end customers (B2C):

Deliveries are made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Russia, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Macedonia, Montenegro, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany: 

We charge a flat rate of €3.95 per order for shipping.

For orders of €50.00 or more, shipping costs are €0.00 per order.

Deliveries abroad:

International shipping, flat rate of €9.95

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 1-2 days and for international deliveries within 3-5 days after the contract is concluded (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 14 days.
