Only use the adhesive surface on areas of skin where you have not used creams or body oils.
The correct application
Remove the protective film from the adhesive surfaces. Please keep the film for later use. Put the bra on in the desired position and fix it lightly at the sides.
Proper care
Only wash your bra by hand. DO NOT machine wash or soak in water. Ideally, wipe the cups with mild soap under running water, using circular movements of the palms of your hands. Only hold the adhesive surfaces under lukewarm water and carefully rinse off any dirt. Shake off excess water and air dry. Re-apply the adhesive surfaces.
